ABOUT THE AUTHOR

George Zimmerman is the father of three grown daughters and has five grandchildren. He was moved to write his first children's book to teach children about caring, responsibility, and mortality issues of a beloved pet. His previous published works include a Legal Thriller (1999) titled THE CLASS OF "88", and PATRIOTS DAY ANTHEM, a CD that he wrote the lyrics for, addressing the tragedy of 9/11.

ABOUT THE ARTIST

Maggie Taylor lives on a small farm in Plumsteadville, Pennsylvania with her husband, Doug, and their yellow Lab puppy, Derby. Maggie currently works for an advertising agency, but hopes one day very soon to own and operate her own horse farm. She is a graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem Pennsylvania.
